Complaints Procedure

Although we aim to provide the best service for our clients and their pets, we understand that there may be things you would like to discuss with us. If you would like to raise a concern, then there is a procedure we need to follow.

Please put your concern in writing and either post, drop in or email to partners@broadlandhousevets.co.uk.

We aim to respond to your concern within 5-7 working days following an inhouse investigation.
