Hilary Warner MRCVS, Bsc, CertVC, BVM&S– Principal Vet and Owner and Veterinary Surgeon.

I became the owner and practice principal of Broadland House Vets in 2011. After qualifying as a Veterinary Surgeon in 1992 I went on to receive my bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Pathological Science and a Certificate in Cardiology. At home I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a husband to look after. I love gardening and baking and regularly enter gardening competitions with my home-grown vegetables.

Peter Dobromylskyj MRCVS – Veterinary Surgeon. (Part time surgical vet)

Sarah Hellewell- Practice administrator

As a long time, animal lover and an uncle as a Vet, I came to the practice nearly 8 years ago to ‘Help’ Hilary and I am still here. At present I have a 9-year-old Whippet, and a ‘Rescue’ Dachshund who is a toothless, 12-year-old ex-puppy farm bitch I ‘accidently’ adopted after visiting a local rescue centre with some donations! I love to go for long walks with friends and other dogs at weekends. The dachshund is not so keen on this walking lark!

I have a naughty little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Cooper and we love going for woodland walks at the weekend. The best part of my job is watching poorly pets get better and go home to their family.

Chrissie– Registered Veterinary Nurse

I have been a Qualified Veterinary Nurse for 37 Years and have worked for Broadland House Vets for 8 years. I have a working Cocker Spaniel called Stanley. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my partner and Stanley, gardening and reading.

Meg – Student Veterinary Nurse

After being self employed for 10 years, I joined Broadland House Vets as a patient care assistant. I have just started my 3-year training to become a qualified nurse. I am currently a pet free household however I am looking for a new furry friend to join my family. In my own time I love doing photography, writing and watching motorbike racing.

Jordan – Patient Care Assistant

I have been a patient care assistant at Broadland House Vets for 7 years. My favourite part of the job is being a part of a great team responsible for taking care of everyone’s fur babies. Canine behaviour is a particular interest of mine. Outside of work I am a mum to a beautiful 4-year-old girl and my family and I love to go fishing and to the beach.

Kelly- Patient Care Assistant

I have worked at Broadland House Vets for 2 years as a Patient Care Assistant and I really enjoy my job. I have 3 children, 3 dogs, an African Grey parrot, 1 Fish, 1 Rabbit and a Guinea pig. As you can imagine that all keeps me busy when I’m not at work. I also love going abroad with my family.

(Now covering a reception role) Owned LOTS of pets - lurchers, degus, gerbils, rats, rabbits, tortoises, now gone-small with a much loved rescue chihuahua called Nemo Lifelong vegetarian, & massive music lover - give me music in a field & I’m happy ☺️

Janie – Receptionist

Pets are my life, and I love my job. I’m like a kid in a candy shop and will always ask for extra cuddles with your pets if they will let me. At home I have 3 little doggies, who are 14 years old, and one has just turned 8 months old. I am also a seamstress and when I am not working you will find me walking my dogs or sewing something.

Helen – Receptionist

I previously worked as a Veterinary Receptionist in Yorkshire before I moved to Norfolk in 2020. Meeting clients and their pets is a great part of my job. At home I have a 10-and-a- half-year-old chocolate Labrador who loves living by the sea. When I’m not working, my husband and I will walk and travel around Norfolk with our dog.
